The Collection Manager position is a full-time opportunity offering a family atmosphere, great pay ($42,000 - $48,000 includes bonus opportunity) as well as future growth potential. We also offer affordable benefits with a 401k, paid holidays and we are closed on Sundays.Collection Manager Position SummaryIn the Collection Manager position, we are looking for candidates who are dedicated, flexible, task-oriented, and self-driven. This role involves meeting weekly goals and continually enhancing the customer and company's relationship.A Collections Manager will be expected to help customers stay current with their agreed-upon payment plans, helping them obtain product ownership and increase customer satisfaction.Requirements / Responsibilities:Recognize and create opportunities to renew customer agreementsHandle field collections and de-installationsContact customers by phone whose agreements have expiredDemonstrate diligence, urgency, impartiality, and consistency regarding accountsContact references and employment to verify the legitimacyStrong verbal communication skillsStrong computer skillsComplete 25 calls per hourOther Requirements:Valid state driver's licenseFlexible work scheduleLifting and exerting up to 40lbsBilingual is a plusRNR Tire Express is a national franchise retailer of quality tires and custom wheels offered with convenient, affordable payment options designed to fit each customer's unique budget.
