Senior Accountant Location: Troy, Ohio Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 Position Type: Full-time, On-site Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join an esteemed financial team in the Greater Dayton area. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity of the financial operations and contributing to the organization's fiscal success. Primary Responsibilities: Execute accurate processing of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries Prepare comprehensive financial reports and budgets Conduct meticulous account reconciliations to ensure data accuracy Assist in budget planning and financial performance tracking Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex billing discrepancies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Comprehensive understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Desired Attributes: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving Analytical mindset with a commitment to accuracy Dedication to professional development and continuous improvement ZRCFS
