Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Permanent Tax Senior Associate to join our Accounting Finance team. This position offers a unique opportunity to play an integral role in our growing organization. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, tax planning, and tax research for our clients. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who is ready to take their career to the next level. Responsibilities: As a Permanent Tax Senior Associate, you will: 1. Prepare and review complex tax returns for corporations, partnerships, and individuals. 2. Conduct thorough tax research and planning to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws. 3. Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax provisions. 4. Provide supervision, guidance, and training to junior staff members. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely tax reporting. 6. Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support. 7. Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law. 8. Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients. 9. Identify and mitigate tax risks. 10. Coordinate accounting staff and manage tax reporting. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must have: 1. A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification is highly desirable. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax senior associate role or equivalent. 3. In-depth knowledge of tax laws, compliance procedures, and tax planning. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Proficiency in tax software and MS Office. 7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 8. Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior staff. 9. High level of integrity and professionalism. 10.
