POSITION : Apartment (Multifamily) Maintenance Technician SCHEDULE: 8:30-5:30PM Monday through Friday, On-call once every 3 weeks ($100 bonus for weeks on-call and min of 1.5hrs paid for call outs) COMPENSATION: $23-25 an hour plus a quarterly bonus of up to $750, $500 a year in tool reimbursement and much more! Responsibilities: -Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority -Turning and making units ready in between tenant occupancy -Completing repairs in property and apartment plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and HVAC -Assist in preventative maintenance as assigned -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Assist in property grounds maintenance and snow removal as needed -Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency on-call system Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent -2 year experience in the maintenance field preferred -1 months experience in apartment maintenance -Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and carpentry experience -Plumbing and electrical experience -EPA HVAC Certification a plus -CPO Certification a plus -Working knowledge of appliances to include washers and dryers -Ability to physically demonstrate basic job duties (completed during interview process) Benefits and Compensation (for full-time employees): - Competitive pay - On-Call bonus of $100 and minimum 1.5 hours of paid time - Quarterly bonuses up to $750, that's $3,000 a year! - Tuition reimbursement program - Power tool and Tool reimbursement program $250 after 6 months and $500 every year after that - Paid Time Off: 80hrs your first year, grows with tenure up to 150 after 5 years! - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance as low as $45 a Month - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts: 20% after only 30 days, at ANY Monarch community - Longevity benefits: Every 5th year choosing between a 3 week PTO sabbatical or 2 week bonus check and a FREE apartment after 10 years A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
