Job Description:
This is a new PACE program starting in November for outpatient
geriatrics. Reply if you are open to it, and I'm happy to help.
Seeking a physician for a Geriatric primary care clinic in Kokomo,
IN. This is a long-term opportunity. Location: Kokomo, IN. Position
Type: Full time. Start Date: Quick start is preferred. Duration: 6
month contract with extension possibility. Schedule : Monday-Friday
8:00a-4:30p (no weekends/holidays). Call required on a very
infrequent basis. Pay Rate : Negotiable by phone. Qualifications
Board Certified, DEA, BLS IN state license 3-5 years of experience
with patients aged 55-65
