Join AlphaGraphics in Mason, OH as a PROJECT COORDINATOR where
you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal
candidate has excellent customer service & communication skills,
works great with other people, and lives in/near Mason, OH.
Responsibilities: GREET and assist customers at the FRONT COUNTER
with a friendly and professional demeanor. Process customer orders
and provide accurate estimates for print, signage and design
services. Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
promptly and effectively. Monitor company email account and respond
accordingly. Maintain a clean and organized front counter area to
enhance customer experience. Collaborate with production staff to
ensure timely order fulfillment. Handle credit card transactions.
Monitor Invoca inbound lead tracking tool. Requirements: High
school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer
service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or
retail environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Lives in or near Mason, Ohio. Strong organizational skills
with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently
in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with print and design services
is a plus. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
