individual conducts a variety of utilities operations and
maintenance activities following the maintenance work process to
optimize utility equipment operations, provide ongoing preventive
maintenance and improvement support to a pre-determined maintenance
plan, while insuring the continuous supply of quality services
needed to produce RTD Beverage products.Starting pay $30.00 and
up$500 referral bonus onall maintenance positionsPRIMARY
RESPONSBILITIES:- Starts, stops, operates, monitors, and maintains
all utilities and operational support systems.- Plans & completes
all preventive and corrective maintenance of all facility and
office equipment to include but not limited to the following:o
Boiler water treatmento Boiler steam and condensate systemso
Ammonia refrigeration system (chillers, rooftop units, cooling
towers, AHU's, etc.)o Maintain LP and HP air compression systems
including air dryerso Monitor and coordinate cooling tower water
treatment and component repairso Maintain RO system and componentso
Maintain silo tank offload systemso Monitor and control chemical
treatment of pH neutralization system and control of wastewater
dischargeo Coordinate plan fire protection systems including
sprinkler system, fire pump and alarmso Coordinate maintenance and
chemical treatment of cooling towerso Coordination, monitoring and
administration of energy management systems- Ability to manage work
orders- Assists in establishing daily checklists and preventive /
predictive maintenance programs for utility equipment.- Identifies
utility equipment problems and improvement opportunities and
communicates to appropriate personnel.- Provides improvement
project support as needed.- Insure compliance with all Nestle, FDA,
and NEE best practices and utilities quality
requirements.Qualifications - ExternalREQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM
EDUCATION LEVEL:- High school Diploma or GED- Two year technical
degree in HVAC systems, Applied Science, or equivalent- Must pass a
medical evaluation and pulmonary function test for us of
respiratorEXPERIENCE:- At least one year experience in Utilities
operations (boilers, compressed air, ammonia refrigeration); food
industry experience preferred- Certification as licensed Boiler
Operator preferred- Certification as licensed Wastewater Operator
preferred- Certification as Ammonia Refrigeration Technician
preferredREQUIRED SKILLS:- Strong Mechanical and Electrical Skills-
Reliable, motivated, dedicated, and committed.- Must demonstrate a
continuous improvement mindset.- Good communication skills with
operators, other mechanics and resources.- Ability to analyze data
and make decisions/recommendations based on analysis.- Familiar
with CMMS and Utilities Monitoring systems.- Ability and
willingness to operate and support a positive Nestle culture and
follow established values- Ability to integrate into all parts of
the operation to support the facility in achieving our goals &
objectives- Proactive individual that takes responsibility for
their equipment, line, coworkers and the continuous improvement of
the operation- Able to work in a team environment where honest
communication, a positive attitude, engagement, and personal
accountability is expected- Detail oriented individual who
accurately records information- Able to work off-shifts, weekends &
extended shifts, holidays, and 4 week rotating shifts (i.e. 10
hrs., 12 hrs.)- Able to work with computers (navigating systems,
recording information, using to find information to perform the
job)- Has positive conflict management skills- Ability to work
independently and with minimal supervision- Accountable for
personal development & improvement- Ability to work in a fast paced
environment & handle multiple tasks- May require internal &
