Job Summary:
The Aerospace Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring that products and services provided by suppliers meet aerospace industry standards and company requirements. This role involves working closely with suppliers, engineering, procurement, and manufacturing teams to drive quality improvements, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Management & Auditing:
Conduct supplier audits and assessments (AS9100, NADCAP, etc.)
Evaluate and approve new suppliers based on quality and capability
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs (e.g., PPM, OTD)


Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, or related field)
Experience: 3-5 years in supplier quality or manufacturing quality in the aerospace industry
Certifications (Preferred): ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Lead Auditor (AS9100)
