The successful candidate will lead multiple project initiatives, ensuring optimal application of engineering strategies for efficient and economical project completions in line with our project standards and client expectations. This role requires a dynamic, proactive individual who is adept at problem-solving and communicating across multiple departments. Manage, design, develop, and oversee all aspects of mechanical engineering projects Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project feasibility and efficiency Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring all milestones are achieved within designated constraints Prepare, review, and modify engineering documents, ensuring all specifications meet regulatory and client requirements Analyze project technology, resource needs, and market demand to plan and assess the feasibility of projects Implement best practices in project management and engineering processes Provide technical support and troubleshooting when necessary during the project lifecycle Proficient in CAD and AutoCAD software Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles Excellent project management and leadership skills Ability to analyze and solve complex problems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, and regulations related to mechanical engineering PMP certification desirable PE license preferred
