Job Description Job Description Since we are a Federal Contractor: Must be US CItizen Must be over 18 Must be able to pass a drug test Cannot have any past felonies Using your experience, set up and prove out programs on 4 or 5 axis CNC milling machines and machining centers to machine complex parts from various metals and composites to meet the tight tolerances required in the aerospace and defense industries.*Join our team of experts by completing the online application for consideration! • Shift 1st Shift (Monday-Friday 10-hour shifts starting at 5:30 am.) (50 hour work week w/ OT) 2nd Shift(There are a variety of options for 2nd shift) (4/10hr shifts, 5/10hr shifts, 4/12hr shifts) (There is a 25% pay differential for 2nd shift) Responsibilities Work from routed instructions, manufacturing process plans, blue prints and verbal instructions under moderate supervision. Plan and make set-ups using needed tools for the CNC program per the set-up sheet. Use a variety of hand held measuring instruments. May write programs at the machine. Download and upload programs at the machine. Completes accompanying routers as operations are successfully finished before moving. Qualifications High school career machine trades program is preferred. G&M coding experience. (Must be able to read/edit) Ability to read blue prints and working knowledge of GD&T. Mechanical and spatial aptitude.
