Job Description Job Description Cleanroom Assembler - 20/hr! - 1st and 2nd Shift! Responsibilities Layer fibers and fabrics, and apply epoxies and glues on molds and tools. Assemble and disassemble molds and tools efficiently. Cut and measure fabrics and fibers accurately. Implement visual attention to detail throughout the production process. Operate CNC machines and cut tables using computer systems. Follow computer-based work instructions and documentation diligently. Essential Skills 1-3 years of experience in a relevant field. Proficiency in assembly, hand tool usage, and fabrication. Ability to follow work instructions and troubleshoot builds. Computer operation skills. Attention to detail and adaptability. Willingness to learn and inspect composite materials. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in composite lay-up or pre-preg. Operating CNC or table cutters. Operating ovens or autoclaves. Experience with sewing machines. Relevant experience in auto body work, sculpting, nail technology, or welding. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a clean room assembly and open shop floor where standing is required for most of the day. There is a separate room for ovens and autoclaves. The dress code is casual, but safety shoes and glasses are required. The first shift operates from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with plans to open a second shift from 3 PM to 11 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Miamisburg, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
