will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant's
operation, ensuring excellence in service, efficiency, and
profitability. Your leadership will be key in driving the success

delivering exceptional guest experiences.Responsibilities: .
- Strategic Leadership:
- Set and execute the strategic vision for the restaurant in
alignment with company goals.
- Ensure a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous
improvement.
- Lead the restaurant team with a focus on efficiency, service,
and profitability.
- Operations Management:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service
and optimal efficiency.
- Monitor kitchen, bar, and front-of-house operations to maintain
high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain
a safe and compliant dining environment.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance
operational effectiveness.
- Staff Management & Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff across all restaurant
functions.
- Lead and mentor Assistant Managers and staff to ensure
professional growth and strong team performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide
constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and
high morale.
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence:
- Ensure outstanding guest experiences by upholding hospitality
standards and addressing customer feedback proactively.
- Develop guest engagement strategies to enhance repeat business
and loyalty.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and effectively to maintain a
strong reputation.
- Financial & Business Management:
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans to
meet revenue and profitability goals.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze data, and implement
cost-control measures.
- Ensure effective inventory management, purchasing, and cost
optimization.
- Collaborate with ownership or regional management to develop
business strategies.
- Marketing & Community Engagement:
- Oversee local marketing efforts and promotional campaigns to
drive business growth.
- Build relationships with the local community, businesses, and
industry partners.
- Utilize social media and other marketing tools to enhance brand
awareness.Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management,
including at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in restaurant financial management, including
budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and
develop a high-performing team.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making
skills.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and Microsoft
Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the Sports Bar atmosphere and experience in a
full-service restaurant is a plus.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a state liquor service license
(if applicable).
- Must hold or be able to obtain a ServSafe Manager
Certification.
- Average of at least 45 hours per week with open availability,
including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Attendance at professional development meetings as required by
the company.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended
periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
