What You Will Do: Provide direct behavioral health patient care.

• Assist patient with performing activities of daily living.
• Provide or assist with providing direct patient care, diagnostic procedures and therapeutic interventions.
• Observe and record patient behavior and activities. Report any changes in condition and suggests modifications to the treatment plan.
• Establish a therapeutic relationship with assigned patients. What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • BLS Provider obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Certification specializing in Crisis Prevention preferred.
  • Nurse Aide credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing preferred.Education:
    • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree -required. Additional Preferences: No additional preferences.
