iTrust Cares, the elderly care business alongside iTrust Wellness Group, is looking for a Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) that specializes in psychiatry to provide medication management services to our geriatric, assisted, and independent living -communities. We have expanded our services -throughout the Upstate and are looking for a practitioner who is interested in utilizing the latest research, technology, and practice guidelines to achieve and maintain wellness for our clientele in the geriatric -community. An ideal candidate has an excellent knowledge of pharmacology, a desire for continued educational opportunities, a passion for choosing the most appropriate medication for clients, and confidence in creating evidence-based treatment plans through a scientific and collaborative approach. We want the best providers on our team to provide quality patient care. Both newer and experienced providers -are welcome to apply to this position. Compensation

• Salary: $105,000-$115,000 / year Benefits
