Full-Time Nursing Faculty - (BSN Required)Hondros College of NursingWest Chester, OHHondros College of Nursing is looking for a dynamic BSN prepared Nurse to teach Full-Time at our West Chester Campus!Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Instruct students off campus at our clinical sites and/or in a lab setting.
• Promote a positive learning environment and work collaboratively to assure full instruction of the clinical component of the curriculum.
• Create a high level of student engagement by planning the student clinical experience.
• Supervise and orient students to the clinical site as well as to all applicable policies and procedures.
• Evaluate each student's achievement and progress, providing valuable feedback.
• Participate as a member of the Faculty Organization and Campus Curriculum Committees.Compensation, Benefits & Schedule
  • Full-Time flexible off-site clinical-based scheduling which generally consists of 40 hours per week (generally no Sundays or Holiday scheduling!)

    • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required. Hondros College of Nursing follows the requirements set by the Department of Education, accrediting agencies, and the states in which our campuses operate.
    • Three or more years full-time work experience as a RN (or part-time equivalent).
    • Active unencumbered State of Ohio RN licensure.
    • Ability to provide official transcripts for each degree earned from an accredited institution.
