Job Description:
Ascension, a leading faith-based healthcare organization, is
seeking a dedicated CT Technologist to join our team. In this role,
you will utilize cutting-edge imaging technology to assist in the
diagnosis and treatment of patients. You will be part of a team

delivering personalized patient care. Perform CT scans on patients
while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining patient comfort.
Analyze and evaluate the images for technical quality and make
adjustments to imaging parameters as needed. Collaborate with
radiologists to determine proper imaging techniques and ensure
accurate results. Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA
regulations concerning the privacy and security of patient
information. Provide clear instructions to patients regarding
imaging procedures. Administer contrast media under the direction
of the supervising Radiologist. Monitor the patient’s condition and
safety during procedures. Ensure the operational readiness and
maintenance of CT equipment, reporting any malfunctions or needs
for repair. Proficiency in CT technology and radiology Strong
understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work
both independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented with a
strong focus on patient safety and compliance with regulatory
standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified and registered as a Radiologic
Technologist (R.T.) by the American Registry of Radiologic
Technologists (ARRT) Certification and registration in Computed
Tomography (CT) by the ARRT preferred Valid state licensure as
required
