Partners is seeking a licensed Audiologist / Hearing Aid Dispenser
to join a thriving hearing care practice in Fort Wayne, IN. This is

Role As an Audiologist, you'll take full ownership of the patient
journey. From comprehensive hearing evaluations to fitting
state-of-the-art hearing aids. You'll ensure every patient enjoys a
seamless, supportive experience while driving the clinic's
performance through excellent care, efficient operations, and
strong leadership. This position also includes managing the daily
operations of the Glenwood Springs office, and playing a key role

applicable). What You'll Be Doing Conduct comprehensive hearing
evaluations (including air/bone conduction, SRT, MCL, LDL, speech
testing, and sound field assessments) Recommend and fit hearing
instruments based on individual patient needs and lifestyle Deliver
outstanding follow-up care and long-term patient support Oversee
daily office operations and supervise support staff Monitor clinic
performance and contribute to local marketing initiatives Package
and Benefits Salary: Up to $85,000 base commission (flexible based
on experience) Relocation Assistance: Available, if applicable

Key Skills and Qualifications Current license to dispense hearing
instruments in Indiana (or eligibility to obtain one) Proven
experience in hearing aid fitting and dispensing Excellent
