Job Description:
0.75 FTE position. Thriving Pulmonary practice in
"physician-friendly" Indiana is seeking another Oncologist due to
demand for services. You will work alongside experienced physicians
and three Advanced Practitioners. Large referral base and immediate
patient load awaits! Office conveniently located on main hospital
campus with easy access to inpatient hospital. Only one hour from
Indianapolis and Cincinnati. Great schools and an excellent work /
life balance. 30 hours a week and I believe they would be open to 3
or 4 days per week Base salary $356,250 (only 0.75 FTE). Value
Based Incentives of $10k per year. $75,000 sign on bonus. $45,000
student loan repayment. $5k APP supervision per APP. Quarterly wRVU
2100wRVU, $70 per wRVU above threshold. Team: 9 Physicians and
staff. Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 7am - 4:30pm. Clinical
Responsibilities (.5 FTE): Provide outpatient care for patients
with pulmonary disease, perform bronchoscopies, and collaborate
with/supervise two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Medical
Directorship & Additional Responsibilities (.25 FTE): Provide
coverage for pulmonary rehabilitation (plan sign-off), interpret
pulmonary function tests (PFTs), and serve as the Medical Director
for Respiratory Therapy Located in east central Indiana with all
the advantages of a single hospital community, low managed care
environment, great working environment and excellent medical
staff
