Job Description & Requirements Specialty: CVOR Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Allied Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech CVOR Job Details: • Work day shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM • 36 guaranteed hours per week • 13-week assignment duration • Auto offer position • On-call requirements as needed • Must be greater than 50 miles from facility (local candidates not accepted) • Required certifications: BLS and CST Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology • 2 years of recent CVOR experience required • Must have strong cardiac surgery skills and thoracic DaVinci experience • Hospital-issued scrubs provided • EMR system: Cerner • Work in cardiovascular OR assisting surgeons by preparing surgical field • Pass instruments and supplies during surgery while maintaining sterile environment • Ensure smooth flow of procedures and assist in turning over OR rooms • Support surgical case flow in 4 operating rooms • Must attach required license and certifications or application will be rejected • Blackout dates: 3/31/25 - 4/10/25 Facility: This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive cardiovascular surgery program with a dedicated 4-room cardiovascular operating suite.
