Health to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Indianapolis, Indiana,

Level 1 Trauma setting required Description: Position involves
providing care in a fast-paced medical surgical unit.
Nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:5-6. First-time travelers are welcome
to apply. Weekend work is required every other weekend, with
potential for consecutive weekends based on operational needs. Unit
travelers may be expected to float to different levels of care,
including Med-Surg, PCU, and ICU. Refusal to float may result in
termination of contract. Candidates must work 2 out of 3 major
holidays. The unit typically cares for post-operative patients in
areas such as urology, GYN, GI, and orthopedic procedures. The team
is highly collaborative and values those who can adapt quickly.
Experience with charge nurse responsibilities is a plus. Travelers
must meet facility floating requirements. Candidates must have
appropriate certifications in hand prior to submission. Floating is
necessary for all travelers within the facility or to affiliate
facilities. Call-ins for scheduled shifts must be made up during
the pay period. Two supervisor references are required. 5 Benefits
