Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dynamic Chief
Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our expanding network of inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals and home-based care services. With a firm
commitment to innovating patient care, the CEO will strategize the
advancement of our integrated healthcare delivery model, ensuring
top-tier service across all divisions. The CEO will be instrumental
in guiding our mission to provide high-quality, cost-effective
healthcare with unwavering dedication to patient satisfaction and
clinical excellence. This role requires a visionary leader with a
robust background in healthcare management, capable of navigating
complex regulatory environments and driving sustainable growth.
Strategically expand and enhance healthcare services across all
facilities and modalities. Oversee the organization's financial,
operational, and clinical performance. Drive continuous improvement
in patient care quality and satisfaction. Cultivate relationships
with key stakeholders, including medical staff, regulators, and
partners. Ensure compliance with all governmental and accrediting
body regulations. Lead and inspire a diverse team to deliver on
financial and clinical goals. Direct all major corporate decisions
and innovate by adopting advanced healthcare technologies and
practices. Strategic leadership and business acumen Strong
understanding of healthcare regulations and policy Financial
management and performance optimization Ability to manage senior
leadership teams Strong interpersonal and communication skills

(Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives) is highly
