Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Fort Wayne, IN Agency: Magnet Medical Pay: $1,838 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Magnet Medical to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46801! Purpose of the Position: Responsible for the delivery of direct patient care using the nursing process and as defined by the healthcare facility in their unit specific job description.
