How you’ll make an impact in this role - Advanced Monitoring: Manage state-of-the-art technology for neurological status (ICP/EVDs), hemodynamics, and multi-system organ function. - Rapid Intervention: Act as a critical thinker and first responder in high-acuity situations where patient status can change in seconds. - Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with Trauma Surgeons, Neurosurgeons, and Intensivists to execute complex care plans during daily rounds. - Specialized Care: Deliver life-sustaining treatments, including mechanical ventilation, vasoactive infusions, and advanced trauma/surgical recovery. - Family Advocacy: Support and educate families through sudden, life-altering diagnoses with empathy and clear communication. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: - BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. - Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. - Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: - Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
