Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Occupational Therapist Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 04/06/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 37.5 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Local Contract We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Middletown, OH. We are open to both permanent and contract candidates, and interviews are happening quickly.
