working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in
Bloomington, Indiana, 47408! Job Title: Registered Nurse

charge experience preferred - Experience with telemetry monitoring
- Ability to manage various medical-surgical diagnoses Description:
Charge coverage may be required based on operational needs. Unit
charge nurse responsibilities will be provided with training and
resources. Candidates should be comfortable with this expectation.
The position requires working 2 out of 3 major holidays. Candidates
must have experience in managing patient care in a telemetry
setting. Familiarity with charting in Cerner or similar systems is
required. Travel experience is necessary for this position.
Candidates should have skills in managing medical emergencies and
complex patient needs. This includes monitor interpretation and
management of dysrhythmias. Additional skills include
post-operative care, IV therapy, and managing various
cardiovascular conditions. Floating to other units may be required
as per staffing needs. Candidates will provide care to adults and
geriatric patients. This role requires adherence to isolation
precautions and infection control policies. All candidates must
have completed associated degree requirements through an accredited
program. References from supervisors will be required. Candidates
should demonstrate strong critical thinking and communication
