Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tree Crew Leader to guide field
crews in delivering safe, high-quality tree care services across
the area. This is a full-time, year-round leadership role offering
market-competitive pay based on experience, performance incentives,

for a skilled arborist who enjoys leading by example, mentoring
others, and taking pride in preservation-focused work rather than
production-only tree removal. Experience in professional tree care

$35 hourly Responsibilities: - Conduct daily job briefings and
enforce safety protocols and best practices - Promote a positive,
professional, and safety-first jobsite culture - Train, coach, and
mentor crew members to develop skills and promote growth - Inspect
job sites to ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and
customer satisfaction - Operate climbing, rigging, and aerial lift
equipment safely and efficiently Qualifications: - Demonstrated
leadership experience in a field-based environment - Valid driver’s
license; CDL preferred or willingness to obtain - Proven ability to
lead, motivate, and communicate with a team - Interest in long-term
career growth within a values-driven company - 3–5 years of
experience in professional tree care or arborist operations About
