$950,000+ First Year Financial Package in the Midwest

Practice: Established, Hospital-Affiliated Gastroenterology Group

• $700,000 GUARANTEED base compensation for the first two years

• Highly lucrative wRVU productivity at $68 per wRVU with physicians averaging 12 000 wRVUs

• Sign-On Bonus of $75,000 with long-term stability

• Additional $60,000 $80,000 in Value-Based Incentives

• Quality Bonus up to $25,000 annually

• APP supervision stipend generating approximately $25,000 per year

• ER Call Compensation of $830 per 24-hour shift ( $80,000 annually)

• Robust relocation assistance and a strong 401(k)

Practice Highlights

• Established GI practice with 30+ years of history

• High-volume endoscopy center with 16 scopes per day

• Modern technology including Olympus 190 scopes

• CRNA/Anesthesia support for all cases

• Flexible clinic vs. endoscopy mix

• Excellent APP and clinical staff support

• Anticipated 1:3 call rotation

• 39 DAYS of Provider Paid Time Off annually

  • Includes vacation, sick time, holidays, and CME

  • Unused time rolls over, subject to a cap

• CME Allowance of $4,000 annually

  • Additional $1,000 per board-certified specialty, up to $8,000

• Medical, Dental, Vision, LTD & Life Insurance

• Malpractice fully paid
