The Human Resources Coordinator works with the Human Resource HSE Manager to oversee aspects of human resources practices and processes. Manages activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. Promotes corporate values and shapes a positive employee culture

Human Resource Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities

  • Implement Human Resource strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies
  • Bridge management and employee relations.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Monitor overall Human Resource strategies systems tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working environment
  • Maintain benefits program
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Human Resource Coordinator Required Skills Abilities
    • Proven working experience in Human Resources
      • Experience with human resources metrics
      • Knowledge of Human Resource systems and databases
      • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
      • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
      • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
      • In-depth knowledge of labor law and Human Resource best practices Human Resources Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent gained from 3+ years of experience Physical Requirements for Human Resources Coordinator Prolonged periods sitting Computer usage 60%+
