Job Description:
ProAmpac is building a modern, intuitive, and data-driven HR
technology landscape and we’re looking for an HRIS Analyst who
loves the perfect blend of technical problem-solving and supporting
people. In this role, you’ll work on meaningful UKG Pro system
improvements, support global rollouts, transform data into
insights, and help our HR teams and team members feel confident and
empowered in how they use HR technology. Why This Role Matters This

to make decisions Help modernize HR technology through automation
and AI initiatives If you’ve ever wanted a role where you can
combine your HR systems expertise, analytical mindset, and creative
problem-solving, this is that role. What You’ll Do Configure,
maintain, and optimize UKG Pro, including workflows, security
roles, foundation tables, and other functional setup that supports
scalable HR operations. Partner with HR and business stakeholders
to turn operational needs into scalable system solutions and better
user experiences. Use Power Query, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric
to build trusted datasets, automate reporting, and deliver insights
that support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a key point of
contact for HR technology support through UKG People Assist,
delivering timely troubleshooting, issue resolution, and a strong
support experience for HR teams and employees. Play an active role
in global HRIS projects and module rollouts across North America,
LATAM, and EMEA by supporting testing, data readiness,
configuration validation, and launch execution. Assist with
implementation and ongoing support for additional UKG modules and
connected HR technologies, helping build processes that support
long-term business growth. Develop and maintain clear
documentation, SOPs, knowledge base content, and training materials
that support adoption, improve self-service, and enhance the
experience for employees and HR teams. Conduct regular data audits
and apply strong data governance practices to maintain accurate,
compliant, and decision-ready employee data. Identify opportunities
for automation, workflow efficiency, and AI-enabled improvements,
including support for UKG Bryte AI and broader HR service delivery
enhancements. What You Bring 3 years of experience supporting HRIS
platforms; UKG Pro experience strongly preferred. Experience with
Power Query for ETL and data transformation. Strong Power BI and
advanced Excel reporting capabilities. Ability to translate
business needs into clear system configuration and reporting
solutions. Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping
users feel confident with HR technology. Strong attention to
detail, curiosity, and a desire to continuously improve systems and
processes. Preferred: Manufacturing or multi-site/global HR support
