Job Description:
TransForce is seeking full-time professional drivers with a
Class B Commercial Driver's License to join our dedicated team in
the Transportation & Logistics industry. At TransForce, we pride

transportation solutions. As a CDL B Truck Driver, you will have
the opportunity to work with various respected clients, engaging in
diverse and dynamic driving assignments that promote professional
growth and stability. Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer
truck for local or regional deliveries. Load, unload, prepare,
inspect, and operate delivery vehicle, maintaining strict adherence
to safety protocols. Complete routes and schedules in a timely,
efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Report any
incidents, accidents, or major mechanical faults to management
immediately. Maintain accurate transportation logs and records in
compliance with state and federal regulations. Perform vehicle
inspection before and after each trip, documenting and reporting
needs for maintenance. Follow routes and adhere to time schedules
for optimal logistics management. Proven ability to operate a
variety of truck models and sizes proficiently. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Exceptional
interpersonal and communication skills, able to maintain positive
relations with team members and clients. Deep knowledge of route
management and experience in urban, suburban, and rural driving.

401k Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL). Clean driving
record. DOT medical card. Experience with ELDs (Electronic Logging
Devices) preferred.
