Description:Adult & Child provides on-site behavioral health services at over 100 schools in central Indiana. We are currently hiring a School Based Therapist to help students manage their behavioral health needs, so they can be more successful in the classroom. Our Therapists are supported by a team of Skills Development staff and other therapists, who work with the students throughout the school day to reinforce the treatment plan.You will work Monday Friday, during school hours, but have the opportunity for flexible scheduling. You will work primarily out of the schools you provide services in but we will also have an office location available.Sign on bonuses for some locations!!What You'll DoProvide clinical services and evidence based/best treatment to assigned caseload including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, therapy, skills development and case management servicesProvide crisis intervention/emergency services by assessing risk, development of safety plans, reporting of any abuse or neglect, coordinating hospitalization or any other emergency situationsCommunicate and collaborate with collateral contacts by consulting with providers regarding integrated health, current function, medication related issues, educations support and any other care related to client/familiesProvide both individual and family therapyComplete clinical documentation timely and accurately, maintaining ethical standards of Adult & ChildAbout Adult & Child HealthAdult & Child Health has servedcentral Indiana as a Community Mental Health Center for over five decades as a 501c(3) not-for-profit organization.
