Duties/Responsibilities:Open and maintain customer accounts by
recording account information in CRMCoordinate deliveries to
customers with logistic departmentCoordinate with Production
Manager for confirming delivery dates to customersKeep price lists
updatedAnswer corporate phone line and direct accordingly. Use
telephones to reach out to customers and verify account
information, payment information and other pertinent information
such as addresses and phone numbers.Place of sales orders, refunds,
or exchangesAdvise on company informationPlace, modify or cancel
sales orders and forecastsNavigate through customer portals to
update sales orders and sales forecasts Build sustainable
relationships of trust through open and interactive
communicationKeep records of customer interactions, process
customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication
procedures, guidelines and policiesSchedule travel, meetings,
rentals, hotels, mealsSubmit and reconcile expense reportsPerforms
other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities:Strong
organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskProficiency in
MS OfficeSAP ExperienceAbility to organize a daily workload by
prioritiesAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly
changing environmentA proactive approach to problem-solving
Education and Experience:College or Technical Degree (or equivalent
gained from 3+ years of experience)High school diploma. Physical
