This position is located within the Service Operations Group. The position will provide technical support for outdoor brand (trimmers, blowers, generators, etc.) produced by TTI. Communicates via telephone, email, or fax with consumers, retailers, and authorized service centers in the areas of product repair, use, safety and warranty. Also required to coordinate service of product through the authorized service center network.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in related field.
• Must be flexible and able to work weekends and nights until 8 p.m.
• Extensive knowledge of use and repair outdoor products.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Access.
• Detailed knowledge of SAP process flow of orders.
• Detailed knowledge of the Internet and our web site.
• Well organized and must be able to multi task.
• Effective communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide assistance to consumers and retailers concerning product repair, use, safety, and warranty via phone, fax, or e-mail.
  • Coordinate service of product through an authorized service center.
  • Review new product to maintain appropriate knowledge.
  • Assist Customer Service Reps when needed.
