Job Description:
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Learning and understanding costume control
system. Place orders for news costumes. Properly handle the issuing
of all costumes and insuring that the system is maintained and that
all costumes are properly coded. Maintain the proper order of
costumes on the rack by code numbers so they are easily found.
Issuing of all costumes daily and assisting with monthly physical
inventory Writing out work orders for repairs to the costume and
issuing to correct Team Member with name and code numbers written
on labels and heat-sealed in each garment. Able to correctly send
garments to dry cleaners and return item to correct rack for Team
Member pick-up. Must be able to sew on buttons and do simple
repairs to maintain garments. Able to communicate with personnel of
dispensing of correct costume. Must be able to properly fit garment
to Team Member. Must be able to communicate with team members the
nature of repairs or alterations. Maintain the costume control room
in a clean and orderly state. May perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assists with supervising employees in
the Costumes Department. Assists with supervisory responsibilities
in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
Responsibilities may include interviewing, hiring, and training
employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
performance of employees; addressing complaints and resolving
problems. EDUCATIONS and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or
general education degree (GED); or one to three months' related
experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education
and experience. Must have the ability to sew. QUALIFICATIONS: To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed

required. SOCIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Must have an outgoing,
energetic, and enthusiastic attitude. Must be comfortable
initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our
guests. LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend simple
instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write
simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information
in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and
other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: Ability
to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide
with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using
units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and
distance. REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense
understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral
instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few
concrete variables in standardized situations. REQUIRED PERSONAL
COMPETENCIES: Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
Responsible for being gracious to all guests and co- workers.
Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and
participating in company- sponsored events. Enthusiastically
supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer
service in accordance with department and company standards and

with management and staff. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Must be licensed by the Indiana Gaming Commission. PHYSICAL
DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of

occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
