What You'll Be Doing
The Packaging and Serialization Data Broker Solutions Architect
supports systems for Global Packaging Printed Material Management
(BLUE, EyeC, Pkg Engineering CAD Systems, Lilly's Serialization
Data Broker - TraceLink). This critical role within the Eli Lilly
Supply Chain involves system support, leading and influencing
business teams, serialization trading partners, IT teams, and
software suppliers in the global packaging space. Key deliverables
include developing and leading solution implementation to influence
the Pharma Supply Chain business unit.
Your role involves collaborating with Global Packaging and
Serialization teams to understand business requirements and
integrate solutions seamlessly. Responsibilities include software
configuration, troubleshooting, system testing, validation, and
training/documentation to ensure efficient, compliant serialization
processes. Your expertise will optimize packaging and serialization
operations, enhance product traceability, and ensure regulatory
compliance.

Compensation for this role ranges from $63,750 to $145,200,
depending on experience and location. Full-time employees are
eligible for bonuses, benefits, 401(k), pension, health insurance,
and other well-being programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify
compensation and benefits policies.
