Responsibilities: Assist the Director in managing day-to-day
operations and ensuring smooth functioning of programs. Supervise,
train, and evaluate staff to maintain high-quality service. Support
budget planning, reporting, and resource allocation. Collaborate
with the Director to develop and implement organizational policies.
Participate in strategic planning and execution of long-term goals.
Marketing & Advertising Responsibilities: Develop and execute
marketing strategies to promote programs, services, and events.
Manage social media accounts, newsletters, and other digital
platforms. Design and coordinate advertising campaigns to attract
new clients and enhance brand visibility. Track and report on
marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns. Foster
relationships with clients, partners, and the community to expand
the organization's reach. Ensure compliance with all regulatory
requirements and organizational policies.
