Job Description:

As a member of the logistics project team, you will be responsible for helping maintain TMS data and configurations, customer implementations, carrier management, and supporting our 3PL operations team. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Retain working knowledge of transportation system (MercuryGate)2. Schedule LTL shipments3. Ensuring data accuracy within the TMS4. System data reports and KPIs5. Implementing new customers and carriers 6. Compose office appropriate communication7. Continue proactive solutions within the network8. Assisting on inbound support tickets9. Training on new and updated processes10. Adapt to a changing process, while working towards standardization11. Customer and carrier contracts in the TMS12. Gain a working knowledge of 3rd party software systems (TMW, Project44, Carrier411, RMIS)13. Work closely with other departments in making processes run fluidly EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS: 1. High School diploma required2. Transportation/3PL experience required3. Excel experience required4. Prior experience with TMS systems5. Problem solving 6. Basic AP/AR knowledge7. Solid verbal and written communication skills8. High stress tolerance and ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment9. Strong work ethic with a professional, positive attitude
