We are a growing company here at Sirmax North America Inc., and are looking for motivated and driven individuals to be a Line Technician Operator on our 2nd shift Production Line Tech Operator ResponsibilitiesChecking lines for any issues that could occur and fixing the problem in a timely manor. Coordinating with the shift supervisor on product being ran. Following the correct procedures as it pertains to each material; in order to produce superior product for our customers. Production Line Tech Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Fixing/ problem solving issues on lines
• Report to the Shift Supervisor
• Run your line with little to no supervision
• Incorporate a strong safety culture
• Coordinate with Shift Supervisor for material schedule, change over, start up and mixology
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Read formulas and production orders
• Manage extruders and feeders to keep them running without interruption
• Clean extruders
• Visually check the product for flaws
• Lift 50lb on a regular basis
• Long periods of standing, walking and climbing
• Able to clearly communicate with other members of the team clearly
• Willing to help out in other areas
• Clean silos
• Other duties as assignedProduction Line Tech Operator Required Skills
