Position Summary: The Tower Team of Mercury Broadband builds and services all of Mercury's tower sites. Tower technicians should be mindful and thorough in their work; following installation and safety guidelines, and instructions from the Tower Foreman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to learn and understand the use of safety gear while working at heights up to 300ft.
• Installation of broadband equipment at Mercury tower premises
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Assist with new tower site construction
• Troubleshoot broadband tower equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages
  Skills and Requirements:
  
  • Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, towers (up to 300'), and elevated locations
  • Basic mechanical skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to operate basic hand and power tools
  • Follow cabling procedures for wiring towers
  • Clean driving record and valid driver's license
  • Self-Motivated
  • 1+ years telecommunication experience (preferred)
    Education Requirements:
    
    High School Diploma or equivalent
