As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Job Summary:As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing various industrial machinery and equipment. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.Responsibilities:- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.- Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment malfunctions or inefficiencies that may impact productivity.- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and equipment condition.- Assist in the installation, modification, and relocation of machinery and equipment as needed.- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in industrial maintenance or a related field is preferred.- Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.- Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of industrial machinery, including but not limited to motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems.- Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well independently or as part of a team.

• 3 years of experience in the field of maintenance
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and experience in the industrial setting
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds, bend, and climbBenefits:
