Maintenance Technicians Location: Anderson, IN Pay: Starting at $28.95/hr, depending on experience + $1.50 shift premium Pay & Shift Details: Starting Base Pay: $28.95 depending on experience Shift Premium: Additional $1.50/hr Shift Hours: [Choose either 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)] First Call Direct Hire is recruiting for a Maintenance Technician! We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our clients team in Anderson, IN. This role is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and installing mechanical and automated manufacturing machinery while troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical malfunctions. Key Responsibilities: Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues Perform equipment inspections and document findings Assist with equipment installation and upgrades Work closely with production teams to ensure operational efficiency Follow all safety protocols and company policies Qualifications & Requirements: Previous experience in industrial maintenance, including mechanical and electrical systems Strong troubleshooting skills in PLCs, motors, conveyors, and hydraulics Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Comfortable working independently and in a team environment Willingness to work assigned shift hours and occasional overtime as needed This is a great opportunity to grow your career while working with a company that values your skills.
