Customer Service Representative JOB SUMMARY Sirmax North America, Inc., is looking for a dynamic Customer Service Representative or Customer Account Support at their state of the art Anderson facility. The Customer Service Representative is not your call center position. The Customer Service Representative is our liaison for our direct customers that we supply. The Customer Service Representative works on larger scale with direct contact with our customers while effectively communicating with our sales team, logistics team and our production team to help ensure our customers are receiving the best service possible. The Customer Service Representative must be able to multi-task, communicate clearly (verbally and written), strong attention to detail and work in a team environment.Customer Service Rep and Customer Account Support DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOpen and maintain customer accounts by recording account information in CRMCoordinate deliveries to customers with logistic departmentCoordinate with Production Manager for confirming delivery dates to customersKeep price lists updatedAnswer corporate phone line and direct accordingly. Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information, payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.Place of sales orders, refunds, or exchangesAdvise on company informationPlace, modify or cancel sales orders and forecastsNavigate through customer portals to update sales orders and sales forecasts Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communicationKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documentsFollow communication procedures, guidelines and policiesOther duties as assignedRequired Skills Abilities for Customer Service Rep and Customer Account SupportStrong organizational skills with the ability to multi-taskProficiency in MS OfficeSAP ExperienceAbility to organize a daily workload by prioritiesAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environmentA proactive approach to problem-solvingCustomer Service Rep and Customer Account Support Benefits401KHealth PPO or HSADentalVisionShort term disabilityLong term disability company providedLife insurance company providedAdditional life for employee spouse and childrenVacationPersonal TimePaid HolidaysSIRMAX NORTH AMERICA INC IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER PI183133534
