the number one dealer in the market! Key Responsibilities: - Lead,
motivate, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales
targets - Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills and
product knowledge - Set clear performance expectations and hold
team members accountable - Develop and implement effective sales
strategies to drive dealership growth - Monitor sales metrics and
analyze performance data to identify opportunities - Foster a
positive, competitive, and customer-focused sales environment -
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer
experience - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor
activities Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in sales
management, preferably with Chevrolet / GM. - Strong leadership and
team-building skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities - Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve
high performance - Results-oriented with a track record of meeting
or exceeding sales goals - Ability to train, coach, and develop
team members - Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills - High
