As a co-op at StandardAero, you will gain hands-on industry experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with our teams that raise the standard of excellence. Job Duties: Students may be involved in one or many of the following: Research the viability of a new program or initiative; compile and present statistics. Clean up, edit and update a database. Conduct a failure analysis and investigation. Evaluate and improve efficiency, streamline programs, or cut costs. Perform a study or survey; analyze and present results. Compile employee manuals or develop process directions for tasks. Conduct a cost benefit analysis to upgrade on a specific material/machine. Design tooling or ground support equipment. Work on a continuous improvement project resulting in a measurable improvement. Carries out other duties as assigned Basic Qualifications (Required Skill/Experience): The ability to read and interpret manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints. The ability to follow both written and verbal instructions. The ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance. The ability to sit for extended prolonged periods.
