As a Field Service Technician III, you will play a critical role in our Environmental Health & Safety department by managing complex field assignments, operating specialized equipment, and leading on-site emergency response teams during environmental incidents. Lead onsite operations for hazardous waste disposal and emergency spill responses. Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including vacuum trucks, pumps, and other environmental remediation equipment. Supervise and train Field Technician I and II staff, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols. Prepare and document field activities, ensuring compliance with government regulations and company policies. Communicate effectively with clients, government officials, and internal teams to provide updates and ensure project goals are met. Perform troubleshooting and emergency repairs of equipment to minimize downtime. Ensure strict compliance with health and safety guidelines during all site activities. Proficiency in operating environmental remediation equipment Strong leadership and training capabilities Excellent documentation and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and make decisions in challenging environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response (HAZWOPER) Certification CPR and First Aid certified Valid driver’s license with a clean record Preferable: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Hazmat Endorsement
