Job Description:
Full-time Description This position is responsible for the care
and maintenance of Engledow Estates clients' properties. Care and
maintenance includes but is not limited to: mowing, watering,
weeding, edging, trimming, mulching, pruning, snow removal in the
winter, planting various plant material, and trash removal, while
completing tasks in the most safe and efficient manner. ESSENTIAL
FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain properties for Engledow
Estates Accomplish assigned mowing and maintenance tasks in a
timely and quality manner Complete all necessary paperwork for
payroll, utilize BOSS, and/or time sheets Communicate with Estates
Supervisor regarding issues at properties Maintain all driving and
safety standards during work Participation on a designated team
executing snow removal during the winter months Requirements Valid
Drivers license Attention to Detail 1 year experience required,
preferably with a zero turn.
