Job Description:
Ryder, a leader in logistics and transportation, is seeking a
dynamic Combo Business Development Manager/Client Development
Manager (BDM/CDM) to enhance our market presence and strengthen our
client relationships. This role is pivotal in driving business
growth and retention by leveraging Ryder’s innovative logistics
solutions and exceptional service standards. The successful
candidate will be responsible for identifying new business
opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring the highest
level of customer satisfaction. Identify and develop new business
opportunities within the logistics and transportation sectors.
Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure
satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
to tailor logistics solutions that meet client needs. Monitor
market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic
decisions. Prepare and present business reviews and reports to
senior management. Strong sales and negotiation skills Ability to
manage complex client portfolios Proficient in CRM software and
data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics management Medical

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certified in Logistics,
Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD)
